Instant custard – Just add hot water to make a creamy tasting custard and pour over fresh fruit, or crumble, or whatever you wish, it’s that simple. Making 3/4 of a pint of custard could not be easier than with the Pearce Duff Custard Mix!

Ingredients:

Sugar, Modified Starch, Coconut Oil, Whey Powder (Milk), Skimmed Milk Powder, Cornflour, Salt, Milk Protein, Stabiliser: E451; Flavouring, Colour: Annatto Norbixin.

Instant Custard Powder

 

Instructions:

1. Empty the contents of sachet into a measuring jug.

 

2. Pour on BOILING water straight from a kettle up to the 425ml (3/4 pint) level.

 

3. Whisk for 45 seconds. Level will drop. Top up to 425ml again. Stir and serve.

 

If not served immediately. Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
