Butterscotch Milkshake

Ingredients:

    •    1 packet Pearce Duff’s Butterscotch Blancmange
    •    1 pint (568ml) milk
    •    2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
    •    Squirty Cream
    •    Caramel Sauce 

 

Method:

1. Prepare the butterscotch blancmange according to packet instructions and let it cool completely.
2. In a blender, combine the butterscotch blancmange, two scoops of vanilla ice cream, and additional milk if needed to reach your preferred consistency.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Divide between 2 glasses and serve topped with squirty cream and a drizzle caramel sauce.
