Stuffing Flavoured Puddings
Ingredients:
• Green’s Yorkshire Pudding Mix: 125g
• Water: 100ml
• Eggs: 2 Medium
• Stuffing mix 25g
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C for a fan oven) / 425°F / Gas Mark 7.
2. Grease 12 small patty tins or an 18cm (7") baking tin with oil or fat.
3. Place in the oven on the top shelf until the fat is smoking hot.
4. Add the Yorkshire pudding mix and stuffing mix in a bowl, add the water, eggs, and mix until smooth.
5. Add a further 100ml of water and continue beating until well mixed.
4. Pour the batter into the tins.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
