Sweet & Sticky Pancakes
Ingredients:
• Green’s Pancake Mix Shaker: 155g
• 260ml Warm Water
• Golden Syrup
Method:
1. Shake the bottle to loosen the mix inside and remove the cap.
2. Add 260ml warm water (fill to the line) close the cap tightly and sake vigorously for 2 minutes.
3. Heat 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil in a frying pan until just hot.
4. Gently swirl the oil around the pan until the base is covered.
5. Pour 60-70ml (approx. 4 tablespoons) of batter into the centre of the pan and roll around gently to create a thin layer.
6. Cook until golden brown underneath and then turn over and cook the other side.
7. Repeat using 1 teaspoon of oil per pancake, until all the batter has been used.
8. Delicious served with a drizzle of golden syrup.
