You Will Need – Vegetable Oil for Frying
Shake the bottle to loosen the mix, then remove the cap.
Add 260ml of warm water (to the fill line), close the cap tightly and shake vigorously for 2 minutes.
Heat 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan until just hot.
Gently swirl the oil around the pan until the base is covered.
Pour 60-70ml of batter into the centre of the pan and roll around gently to create a thin layer.
Cook until golden brown underneath and then turn over and cook the other side.
Repeat using 1/2-1tsp of oil per pancake, until all of the batter has been used up.
