Mixed Fruit Crumble

Ingredients:

• Green’s Crumble Topping 280g
• 500g mixed fruit (fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

Method:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C (180°C for fan oven) / 400°F / Gas mark 6.

2. Prepare your filling and place in a 1 litre / 2 pint ovenproof dish. If the berries are sour, sprinkle a couple of tablespoons of sugar over them

3. Empty the sachet of Crumble Topping into a medium sized bowl and add 20ml (4 teaspoons) of milk.
4. Stir the milk through the crumble using a fork, and then sprinkle evenly over the fruit.

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden brown.
6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
