1. Yorkshire Puddings
Ingredients:
• 125g flour
• 1 tsp Borwick’s Baking Powder
• 2 eggs
• 200ml milk
• A pinch of salt
• Oil for baking
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Place a small amount of oil in each section of a muffin tin and heat in the oven.
3. Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, and milk until smooth.
4. Pour the batter into the heated oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
